This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located in Palo Alto, CA. The Operations Manager will develop, implement, and oversee strategies that ensure the smooth running of the companys day-to-day operations. They will collaborate with and support team members to maximize productivity, provide regular reports on performance and progress, and identify and resolve operational issues.

Were looking for a highly organized Event Specialist to plan and execute investor-led events like dinners, networking, and industry gatherings. Youll also help with large-scale summits and activations at major events. This is a great opportunity to grow event management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at a global investment firm. The role is based in NYC.
