This role will elevate IR by optimizing internal systems, managing data analytics, and leveraging new tooling; provide hands-on portfolio support through founder engagement and program coordination; and enhance the firm’s brand through strategic event planning and CRM management.

We are looking for a passionate Events Manager to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will help us produce best-in-class events for our key stakeholders to enhance our Greycroft brand and build relationships. Our ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker, highly organized, quick-thinking, flexible, and strategic. This person should be passionate about executing flawless events and be service-oriented by nature, with an eye toward optimizing efficiency and processes across our platform.

Develop industry partnerships with senior level industry executives, innovation departments, and corporate business development executives. Work with corporate partners to identify innovation challenges, provide access to relevant deal flow and updates in relevant industry trends, and identify matching collaboration opportunities with portfolio companies. Support the portfolio companies with introductions, and facilitate proof-of-concept work and commercial agreements and much more.

MetaProp is recruiting a part-time, paid intern to support the firm’s Capital Formation and Investor Relations activities. You’ll work directly with MetaProp’s senior leadership and play a meaningful role in research, CRM management, fundraising logistics, and investor communications. Candidates must be able to commit up to 25 hours per week through Summer 2025. This position is based at our NYC HQ, with a minimum in-office presence of two days per week.
